Thanks to my mom who watched the kids we enjoyed a full day and night! We started the morning with an awesome bike ride to the Forks of the River. We stopped for a picnic lunch at Meads Quarry and it was absolutely gorgeous.
Then we checked into our hotel downtown (The Hilton) and enjoyed the rooftop pool! The weather was perfect and it was soo relaxing!
We got dressed for dinner and headed out to Gay Street. Cole had gotten on a friends and family list for a new bowling alley that actually opens today called Maple Hall.
It is awesome and we will definitely be back. Cole bowled a few rounds and then we hopped on over to our favorite restaurant Babalus for dinner! Their guac is life changing! I highly recommend.
We were back to our hotel early and got a full nights rest. It was perfection. Exactly what we needed and we are recharged and ready to take on the world again!
