Perfection!

What a fabulous long weekend!  We had perfect weather in East Tennessee this weekend and Cole & I definitely took full advantage of it!  Thursday night we ventured out to a Knoxville favorite.... Sundown in the City.  Sundown is a local outdoor concert event that takes place every spring/summer in downtown Knoxville.  You can read more about the event and check out the 2011 line up here.

Friday morning we were up bright and early.  We had a delicious breakfast at my favorite breakfast spot in Knoxville.... Gourmet Market.  Then we took Bebop over to my friend Ashley's house to meet her new puppy Lily!  They of course had the best time playing...here is a pic of them meeting for the first time!

Saturday Cole & I went out with some friends on the lake.  It was perfect weather and we were so excited to finally get out on the water.  Cole did a little wake boarding of course even though the water is still freezing.  Then Saturday night one of my best friends from college came over with her boyfriend for our double date!  We had an awesome dinner with them and a great time catching up!

Love you two!
Easter morning Cole & I were off to church.  Cole teaches in our children's ministry at Fellowship so he was super excited about getting to teach the Easter lesson.  After church we met Cole's dad, grand parents, sister, brother-in-law and nephew for lunch.  We had a great time celebrating such a special day with them.
Easter Lunch
After lunch we headed out to Ashley's parents house for the afternoon.  We laid out by the pool, participated in an "adult" Easter egg hunt and played a little volleyball.  It was a blast!
Volleyball game and dog park :)

That evening we headed back to Knoxville for dinner with Cole's mom, step dad, sister, brother-in-law, and nephew Mason again.  We sat on the patio and enjoyed the wonderful weather God blessed us with this weekend.

As you can tell never a dull moment in our lives and a perfect weekend!  Happy Monday Friends!
